Welcome to the Florida Tour Calendar

Colleges: Plan your college travel across Florida with the official Fall and Spring Florida Tour College Fair Calendar.

The Florida Tour Committee plans and coordinates the Fall and Spring Florida Tour College Fairs across the state. Working in collaboration with school districts and high school counselors, the committee aligns fair dates and times to support efficient college travel planning throughout Florida.

Subscription Information

  • Cost: $30 for the 2026–2027 Florida Tour College Fair Calendar
  • Subscribe or renew your subscription through your My Account or Purchase tab.
  • Important:
    • Florida Tour Calendar subscriptions run May 1 – April 15 each year
    • Payments or renewals made after March 1 will apply to the following calendar year 

 

COLLEGES: Please be advised that the Florida Tour website access will be restricted from April 16-April 30 each year in preparation for the upcoming year calendar being made live on May 1. 

Important Reminders & Policies

  • Only one Florida Tour account per university is permitted.
    • Accounts must be managed by an admissions or enrollment management office.
  • Subscriber contact information will be shared with each college fair host for invitation and communication purposes.
  • The Florida Tour Calendar may not be shared with colleges or universities that have not subscribed for the current academic year.
  • All college fairs are tentative and may be cancelled or changed at any time.
    • Hosts are responsible for sending invitations and updates directly to colleges.
    • Check the online calendar regularly for updates related to:
      • Venue changes
      • Date adjustments
      • Florida weather
  • Colleges must RSVP directly with each fair host to attend.
    • Colleges that do not register in advance should not attend unannounced.
    • Hosts reserve the right to turn away unregistered representatives.
  • Not eligible to subscribe:
    • For-profit institutions that are not regionally accredited
    • Businesses or vendors
  • The Florida Tour Committee:
    • Does not partner with or endorse any businesses, vendors, or sponsors
    • Coordinates only dates and times for fairs in collaboration with host schools
    • Does not manage vendor or sponsor participation
  • High school counselors may not subscribe to the calendar, as it is designed for college travel planning.

Registering for College Fairs

  • Many Florida Tour College Fairs allow colleges to register directly through:
    • A registration link
    • A form
    • Instructions listed on the individual fair’s landing page
  • Access registration details by selecting a fair from the Calendar tab.
  • Unless instructed otherwise by the fair host:
    • Use the registration links or forms embedded on each fair’s landing page to register.
